In case you missed it: The Pasadena Pizza Hut at 3110 Mountain Road permanently closed last week.
The Pasadena Pizza Hut location opened over 30 years ago and quickly became a landmark as one of the only dine-in pizza restaurants in the area. However, despite its nostalgia-inducing legacy, the once-bustling restaurant has struggled to stay afloat in recent years due to rising food costs, as well as customer claims of declining food quality and poor service.
In addition to Pasadena, locations in Ellicott City, Cockeysville, Mechanicsville and Hampstead have also closed their doors this month. The next closest Pizza Hut location to Pasadena is located in The Festival At Pasadena shopping center (next to BJ’s Wholesale Club) at 8149C Ritchie Highway. The location offers delivery and carry-out only.
