After a six-year hiatus, the Taste Of Pasadena is back.
Last held in 2019, the Pasadena Business Association’s event traditionally hosted each spring was put on pause due to Covid. “[After 2019], so many of the planned events were suspended. I think there was so much uncertainty around the same time of planning as the year before (Covid spiked again during winter), and 2019 saw diminished numbers so there was not a push to start it back up,” explained Heather Frees, interim executive director of the Pasadena Business Association. “The board decided to bring it back because we have several new restaurants in the area and this is a great way to bring awareness to what they offer, and all located in one place.”
The event will take place on Thursday, May 15, 2025 from 6:00pm – 9:00pm at Compass Pointe Golf Course. Participants will include Compass Pointe Catering, The Lodge Pasadena, Betty Lou’s, Rumor Meal, Rumor Reel, Pasta & Vino, Pho Dena, Primo Pasta Kitchen, Irish Bar Next Door, Twain’s Tavern, Fifer’s and Sweeter Side Bakeshop.
Tickets, which are now on sale for $40 each ($30 each for Early Bird PBA Member pricing) and can be purchased on the Pasadena Business Association website, include sampling of all of the event’s culinary offerings. A cash bar will be available.
