Plus Custom Printing is Pasadena’s one-stop shop for custom printing, signage, apparel, and branding. Founded by husband-and-wife team Joel and Karla Saravia, the company started in 2021 with a single embroidery machine and has grown into a full-service creative and printing shop — with nearly everything produced in-house at their Ritchie Highway showroom, opened in February 2025.

Services include custom embroidery, screen printing, and DTF transfers for apparel; laser engraving; business cards and stationery; promotional and marketing products; acrylic neon signs; storefront signage and wall lettering; vehicle wraps; and web design. Every project starts with a conversation about your vision, followed by a custom design proof for approval before production begins.

Quality is the standard here — the Saravias’ approach is simple: if they wouldn’t put their own name on it, it doesn’t go out the door.
