We hired Brantley to install bi-fold barn doors. After George was here to measure, together we ordered a specific size door which turned out to be incorrect and too big. George cut the bottom of the doors to fit. He then had to return because the glass inserts were compromised by his trimming, so he “glued” the damage. George returned twice (with his co-worker) to fix the poorly installed doors without success. The handles were installed in the wrong place for bi-folds, and the doors literally fell off after only a week. We had two independent contractors look at them and told us the doors were too big, and Brantley installed weight-bearing hardware into hollow sheet rock which is why the doors fell off, and Brantley didn’t use shims or spacers to level the doors which is why they were tight at the top, and left gaps in between where the doors should meet evenly throughout. I have emailed and called Brantley to rectify without response. I do not recommend Brantley Builders.

Brantley Builders put on a addition, on the back of our home, and we couldn’t be any more happy with the quality of work that went into the project. Customer service was great. They were very easy to work with and the crew was awesome. We love supporting small family owned businesses, such as Brantley builders.
