
Pasadena residents will have an opportunity to learn more about a proposed development at Mountain Road and Edwin Raynor Boulevard during an upcoming Pre-Submittal Community Meeting hosted by 3401 Mountain Road Partners. The project includes plans for a commercial lot and 90 residential units at 3401 Mountain Road (AACO Tax Map 17, Grid 21, Parcel 198), near the Edwin Raynor Boulevard corridor.
According to the project notice filed with Anne Arundel County, the meeting will provide updated information on the proposal, outline changes made since a prior meeting, and allow community members to ask questions and offer comments. The development team, represented by Messick & Associates, Consulting Engineers, Planners and Surveyors, is holding the meeting in accordance with county requirements prior to formal submission.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, February 11 at 6:00 p.m. Residents may attend in person at the Riviera Beach Library, 1130 Duvall Highway, Pasadena, MD 21122, or participate virtually via Zoom. Registration opens at 5:45 p.m., and the meeting will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m.
