Since he was a child, Chris always envisioned himself owning a business. After many years of working in the corporate world, Chris finally took the plunge to fulfill his dream. Recognizing the need to connect with the local community, and understanding the importance of systems and processes, Chris began very intentionally reverse engineering his vision.
In our interview Chris shares his approach to facing the challenges of getting started as a technician, what it takes to move into the role of a business owner, and why you need to take action without overthinking.
