A new installment of the popular Tampa, Florida-based craft-beer and casual dining chain The Brass Tap is coming to Pasadena at 3110 Mountain Road, the site of the now-closed Pizza Hut. Demolishment of the old building began this week, with construction on the new building set to begin this fall. The restaurant will be operated by local franchisees Hely and Hiral Patel, who are aiming to have The Brass Tap open this winter.
The Brass Tap is known for its wide selection of craft beers on tap, typically offering dozens of draft options along with bottles, complemented by a menu of elevated bar food and casual fare.
The Pasadena Pizza Hut at 3110 Mountain Road permanently closed in January after being open for over 30 years.
