A new restaurant is preparing to open its doors this week in Lakeshore Plaza. Beginning Tuesday, January 1, Pho Dena, will offer Vietnamese cuisine, including the popular soup dish known as Pho, which consists of broth, rice noodles, herbs and meat.
Owner Frank Do and Manager Amy Young have been working around the clock this past month to prepare for the opening. Grand opening festivities begin at noon on January 1, and will include live music, a traditional Vietnamese dragon dance, sample tastings, and a ribbon cutting ceremony. The restaurant will then open to the public at 3pm.
Pho Dena will be open seven days a week from 11:00am-9:00pm. Weekday happy hour specials will be offered Monday through Friday from 11:00am-5:00pm. The restaurant’s phone number is 410-807-9999.
