The Pasadena Business Association (PBA) will once again honor local veterans and active-duty service members during its annual Veterans Day Ceremony, taking place on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the Route 100/Mountain Road Flag Site.
Community members are invited to attend the ceremony, which serves as a heartfelt tribute to the men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces. By 1:00 p.m., most veterans will have arrived and taken their seats as the ceremony begins with remarks from local officials, patriotic music, and words of remembrance.
Among those participating in this year’s ceremony are Anne Arundel County Sheriff Evert Sesker, Delegate Bryan Chisholm, Councilman Nathan Volke, Delegate LaToya Nkongolo, Reverend Jason Poling, Mike Jacobs, Mike Dacre, Christopher Itnyre, Phil Welborn, and Captain (Ret.) Tick Barnes, U.S. Army. Music will be provided by Rusty Hinshaw and Jay Cleaver, and members of the Lake Shore Volunteer Fire Department will also take part in the event.
Parking for attendees will be available at the Lake Shore Athletic Complex off Woods Road, with signs directing visitors to the designated area behind the memorial site.
PBA Flag Chair Dotti Snyder emphasized the significance of the annual gathering. “This event is important to the community to remember what it took to have the freedom we have today. Many men and women gave up everything they had to keep this country safe. Many families lost loved ones and their lives were changed forever, but with this ceremony and others like it, they know we have not forgotten them,” she said.
“We will continue to remember those who gave all, those who gave some, and those who are still giving everything. We hope that we will always let them know we appreciate the dedication they have to keeping the United States of America safe and free,” added Snyder.
The PBA’s Veterans Day Ceremony remains a cherished Pasadena tradition, uniting community members in gratitude for the sacrifices made by those who serve.
